A lovely site and quite possibly one of the most dog friendly we've come across yet. (fellow dogs owners lets keep it that way please). Short walk to the river and close to all Waipawa has to offer. Reasonably priced and usual facilities.

Note to over awning owners, 'Bring a sledge'! Site was once the river bed and is very stoney. Which no doubt is great for draining away rain but dam hard work when you want to put in pegs!

what a great little camp, we have been there twice and some more visits to come.
Good walking distance to cafes and musuum and stores great fish and chips in Waipawa.
Very good rates to the motor home folk all year around parking clean and tidy and user freindly showers ( Solar ) what a way to go.
And of course the Hawkes Bay weather with out fail awesoom.
