great freedom spot before the boattrip to picton.toilets get shut off in the evening so you cannot use them.around the water are great wind-driven artworks.to swimming centre is a 10 minute walk.

close to the city and good

close to the city and good view of Wellington hillside lettering. Alongside busy road. flat level carpark.. not the most scenic freedom spot, but garaging does provide some shelter from winds. Fresh water tap situated in middle of garage doors.
