Stayed for 2 nights in Dec 16. Absolutely recommendable. Directly located at top beach as well as close to cafes and shopping street in walking distance. Top site.

Staff were most pleasant and helpful.

Great location, right on the

Great location, right on the beach at the base of Mt Maunganui with sea views to Motuniki Island. The facilities block is new - the kitchen is particularly good. Could be pricey to stay here in the Summer - but $20 for single person off peak its definately one of my favourite places to stay.
