Much improved shower and toilet block. Paid $15 for 1 non powered site.. a fair price. Ladies at the office always friendly. I love Piha.. recommended, and i will return

Very beautiful spot with a spectacular shard of rock in the middle of a black and golden sanded beach. The campsite is on a nice flat field with views of the rock, and a short distance from the beach. The sites seemed spacious, but no privacy from each other. The toilets were a bit of a shocker - I've seen better public toilets, and I didnt use the showers here. I paid $18 a night for 1 person. Recommended for the location.
