Tired, run down, ex MWD staff

Tired, run down, ex MWD staff hostel which has seen much better days. 30yr old broken, rusted, dirty ranges in kitchens, overgrown vegetation nearly everywhere, dried up frazzled lawns, broken tarseal, blistered paint, sun faded light fittings etc.., but it does have its own bistro bar, opened mainly in weekends and public holidays.
