Stayed here for 3 in Dec 16. Great location. Wide and less frequented beach 20 meters away. Beachfront sites strongly recommended. Premium price could be ok if toilettes would be cleaned up more frequently.

Stayed for 2 nights Feb 2015.

Stayed for 2 nights Feb 2015. Wanted to see Hot Water Beach but were recommended not to stay there but to aim for Hahei instead. Good advice! Lovely site just at the back of a super beach. Excellent facilities. We were able to do washing, ironing etc. Didn't use communal kitchen except to do dishes but it had everything you would need. Went to pub in the village and had a delicious seafood platter. I would definitely recommend this site for a chillout couple of days, or longer.

Good location right on the

Good location right on the the beachfront. Only those on the raised front row have a view of the sea - so book early if you want one of these. I stayed in after a long dry period so ground was not boggy - but there was still some damp patches around. Would dry out a lot better if some of the shrubs and trees were given a trim. Showers and toilets were pretty average - but water was strong and hot. overall good camp just needs a little tidy up.

Hi, we have stayed at this

robin.col's picture

Hi, we have stayed at this camp twice in our years of travelling in our motorhome - saw the ad for beachside sites- both times we went they were empty and roped of. We were put on a very boggy site, most of facilities were locked, kitchen that was open was locked about 7.30. Tariff is on the high side, service to customers is on the low side. Just because it is on the Coro. Have now discovered new Hot Water Beach camp - now that is a superb camp, with top facilities. We do not travel in high season, as we are retired, but still expect courtesy from hosts. Disgruntled customer.
