nice spot but as the previous commentator said there's little to no maintenance done. Quite hard to move around in a car plus 8m caravan.
Nothing close by so bring EVERYTHING

Pleasant place to stop

Pleasant place to stop overnight, camp is close to the highway and the river. Only negative point, trees encroach over the track into the campsites, making it tricky to access the area with a maximum width motorhome. We had to hold many branches back before we could access the camping area. This was 2009, DOC may have trimmed the trees and bushes back since then.
