Small, tired and poorly

Small, tired and poorly signposted.
Basic facilities, just enough for the 16 or so camp spots available. Enough room for your RV and car, on tired dirt/grass. Some permanent residents. No kids playground, but the camp is next to a large park. Supermarket and shops just 5min walk away.
New owner just taken over, hopefully things will improve.
