Spent first night in New

Spent first night in New Zealand here. Location was good having just collected camper van from Auckland. Had a front row pitch which was great but facilities were adequate without frills.

Two stars for location. Our site was crooked, no tap or grey water drain and grass needed mowing. Amenities ok. Staff disinterested. $42 for two people. More for beahfront sites. Small cramped and run down generally. Only plus is location if you must be in Auckland. Won't be back.

Very nice close city

Very nice close city location, but toilets and showers need a better cleaning and shower was cold in the morning.
The dump station was full - maintenance please!

Great location right on the

Great location right on the beach and next to a cafe, and close to bars and shops. Most sites are flat - some are on quite a slope - anything over 7 meters would be a tight squeeze to fit in. Adequate showers/toilets - which were reasonably clean but not sparkling. Sites didnt have water tap or grey water drainage.
Paid $35 for 1 person powered site - so not recommended for single travellers, 2 poeple would be $35 as well.
