Large camp, clean and tidy,

Large camp, clean and tidy, and reasonable rates, we had trouble finding the beach but wasnt the weather for it when we stayed anyway, just a note for older caravans etc the camp has switched to new power boxes and they werent compatible with our old van so we had to move a couple of times before we could set up properly, and sites with old boxes were quite away from amenenties

Very friendly nice camp. Its not far from the motorway so only about 25 minutes drive from the city center and also is the cheapest site in the Auckland area. With our motorhome association discount we paid $28 for a power site for the two of us. The site has lots of facilities, all of which we used were excellent, everything clean and tidy, we especially liked the huge shower cubicles.

Its right by the beach and only a brief walk to the shops. Its a quiet area but Orewa is only 5 minutes drive away.

Very clean and tidy camp - with modern facilities, and large park/playground area. Theres easy access to Orewa beach down the cliff face stairs (although I didnt check if still accessible at high tide) - and Red Beach is just down the road.
The camp is setup more as a gated community for holiday homes/baches - its is well run and has reasonable rates (paid $15 for 1 person powered site).

Great camp with very reasonable rates. Cabins are very well set up and have everything in them. Amenities are excellent. We stay here often and highly recommend it.
