Great place to stay, clean

Great place to stay, clean modern facilities, close to the shops, friendly staff, plenty of room, feed the ducks and fish in the pond, shame more places aren't run and maintained like this. Trouble is there's so much to see and do when most visitors use it as an overnight stop to Central Otago/Queenstown.
