Clean where it counts, shame

Clean where it counts, shame about the rest of the place. Overgrown vegetation, flower beds that have turned to weed, temp walls to shelter the toilet blocks, dark inside, permanent residents with half broken camps, small parking/camping areas set amongst a huge camp. Owners are friendly enough, just need to tidy up the place.
