General overview, this holiday park would be wonderful if the rooms and area were maintained kept clean, torn dirty curtains, rooms were not clean feel it under your feet evidence of bugs in cupboards, mildew, boards to toilets warping i.e. breaking or coming loose, potholes in driveway, noted hot water boiling over the ladies toilet entrance could burn unsuspecting children would have caused serious harm. If all of this was taken cared of and the maintenance done this place would be awesome was put off by the whole experience. Did mention to the owner about the hot water their answer "it does this now and then" was not surprised by this comment
